Health Emergency

 

The global health sector faces immense challenges, such as those presented by the Covid-19 pandemic, which has stressed and tested the ability to act and stability of the public and private sectors. Allied to this, the rapid and constant changes in consumption habits have led health services and industry to virtual systems.

 

Gains in scale and efficiency, in addition to the massive and accelerated adoption of new technologies, have turned the tables on strategic planning and demand assertive positioning, cultural transformations and openness to innovation ecosystems.

Marcio de Paula is a Life Sciences business executive (pharma, biotech, consumer health and medical devices) with 20+ years experience in creating new businesses ground up, expertise in business strategy, Business development, Open Innovation and R&D Program management.

• Experience on establishing new ventures in distribution and online retail areas;
• Experience as Head of Strategy Management Office/Balanced Scorecard management;
